We currently ship within the United States and are happy to offer international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

We’re happy to offer international shipping to select countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The customer is responsible for all applicable postage fees related to insufficient or incorrect address information, as well as for packages returned to sender.
Refunds will not be issued for international orders whose additional postage, customs, or duties are refused by the customer.
Customs policies and processing times vary by country. Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.
Shipping Times
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and local customs authorities.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery timelines depend on the shipping service selected at checkout:
• Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days.
• Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
All orders ship from the United States.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
RANSOM 20:28 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package claim delivered but has not arrived, please initiate a missing mail request with the shipping provider chosen at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We design each piece with care and intention, and we hope it serves you well. If your order isn’t the right fit, we offer a short return window for domestic U.S. orders, allowing us to honor both our products and our mission.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of your order being marked as delivered.
To begin, email us at hello@ransom2028.com with your order number and a brief note. We may request photos to confirm condition before approving a return.
Condition of Items
Returned items must be:
• Unused and free from wear
• Complete with all original components
• Returned in packaging that remains suitable for resale
Items that have been used, altered, or returned with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, we’re happy to help when inventory allows.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
Shipping Responsibility
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
• In the case of an error on our end, we’ll take care of all related shipping costs.
Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after inspection.

What size dog is this leash suitable for?
Our 3m leash is suitable for small to medium dogs. Tested capacity supports dogs up to 20kg (44 Lbs.) Always consider your dog’s walking style and strength when selecting a leash.
We have faith to extend sizes responsibly in the future.
Will you offer different shades?
Yes, our debut signature shade is Grounded Mocha, and we will introduce our other shades in the future.
